Skin tones, unless unnatural, can not be changed.- These designs can NOT be used to support hate groups.- Resell value cannot be higher than the original value, unless an additional benefit such as art is given.- Some designs can not be resold, but can be traded back to me, with an art equivalent of what you paid for.- Adopts can not be sold as/for NFTs nor be used for AI.- When resold, either the former or the current owner must inform the creator (me) of the new ownership.- I am allowed to use both the designs and extra illustrations I made, whether bought or unbought, for my portfolio.- Commercial use must be discussed with me. -Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.-Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.With commercial rights;
-you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
-Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.-Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.-Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way without paying for commercial rights)- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.- Removing any watermarks/signatures.- Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

I. GENERAL TERMS.Before anything else, I should have the freedom to make and post personal art in between making your commission.While your input and suggestions are valued, the artist should retain creative control over the artwork’s interpretation and design, ensuring the integrity of their artistic style.Please write in a clear and nice manner. Provide neat references, not a wall of text. But giving both is fine.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

II. PAYMENTAll commissions must be paid in half, the first half of the agreed total price once the sketch is approved by the customer, and the latter half after the commission is done.
The customer will not receive the final product unless paid full.
The currency accepted are USD and Philippine peso (if you're a local).I accept payments through Paypal, Ko-fi, and GCash only.

III. PROCESSWIPs (work in Progress) will be given if I, the artist, wonder something about the commission.
If the commissioner asks for a WIP, only the sketch process and base coloring will be sent.The time for your commission to be completed once I start on it can be up to a month or 2 depending on the number of commissioners as well as my schedule.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
-Promote myself with in any place or site.
-Publish books with.
-To display it anywhere to my liking.
-Post it wherever I want.The commissioner are allowed to;
-Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
-Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
- Minting it or Selling it as NFTs.
- Resell my works
- Feed my art to any AI Generators.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 200% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.Private Commissions always comes with a 50% fee. Private Commissions would mean that I the artist, can not post it anywhere else nor use it for my portfolio, and only you can see or use it for personal purposes.

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYI have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
If the commissioner cancelled mid-progress, I am allowed to post the said progress.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

if you break my Copyright Rules,you will be forbidden to ever commission me ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
